To find the latitude and longitude of a locatation, type in the address and click go, and/or navigate to the location with the mouse.
This page uses Google's GClientGeocoder object, which is in beta. I've noticed that it doesn't handle adresses in certain countries, most notabley the United Kingdom. However the navigation controls work, so you should be able to find your address that way.
